2023 Seasons
Rental Periods
In low season the minimum rental period is 3 days and in mid, high and extra season campervans are rented for a minimum period of 1 week with the exception of August when it’s 2 weeks.
A fee of 60€ will be applied to all rentals of less than 1 week.
Our rates are based on periods of 24 hours and the pick-up and drop-off times are to be agreed before reserving.
Mileage
In mid, high and extra season, mileage is unlimited for rental periods of 1 week or more. For rentals of less than 7 days mileage is limited to 300km/day free of charge.
In low season mileage is unlimited for rental periods of 2 weeks or more. For rentals of less than 14 days mileage is limited to 200km/day free of charge.
Extra mileage is charged at 0.25 €/km and is payable on return of the campervan.
Airport Service
We can meet you on arrival / departure at the following airports: Barcelona, Girona, Reus, Lleida.
The following fees will be applied each way:

For airport pick-ups we will meet you at an established meeting point outside the aiport with the campervan ready to go after some basic instruction and paperwork.

Apart from these extras, we include everything we consider necessary for your campervan adventure (with the exception of towels) but if you have a doubt about what is / isn’t included please just ask us.
Booking & Payment
If you use the form at the bottom of this page to make an enquiry, we will send you a quotation. If you let us know that you accept our quotation we will then send you precise payment details (amounts & dates).
A 30% deposit is required to secure a booking. This must be received within 3 working days of making a provisional booking. Once the deposit is received, confirmation will be sent by e-mail.
Payment can be made in the following ways:
- Bank transfer
- Credit Card
The outstanding balance (70%) is due 10 working days before the day of pick-up.
If any transfer fees are incurred they will be passed on to the client.
Cancellations
In case of cancellation the 30% booking deposit will be dealt with according to the number of weeks notice given.
Cancellations should be made by email. The day Calcamper receives notification is the date used for calculating notice given and thus the amount of the cancellation penalty.
If, for unforeseen reasons Calcamper are not able to provide a campervan as booked we will fully reimburse the money received.

Considering the ‘new normal’ we are all facing with COVID-19, we’ve adapted our cancellation policy so you can be sure you can cancel your booking with no penalty if government restrictions mean it is not possible for you to go ahead.
Insurance
Our campervans are fully insured for all drivers over the age of 23 with more than 2 years’ driving experience.
A deposit of 800€, payable by Credit Card pre-authorisation on the day of pick-up, is required to cover the Excess as well as any damage to the interior of the campervan or equipment included.
If the campervan and equipment included is returned in good condition, both inside and out, the pre-authorisation will simply expire.
